Data controller

The controller of your personal data is Gwenaël Dhaene, EI, trading as Health Solutions, 15 Route de la Potte, 71370 Baudrières, France. Any question about this policy can be sent to contact@health-solutions.world.

Data collected

• Through the contact form: your name and email address and, where you provide them, your organisation, role, country, the nature of your enquiry, your preferred language and your message, together with a record of your consent.
• By email: the content of any message you send to the practice and the contact details it contains.
• Through the client workspace: no account is created. Access depends on a password given to each client, and a cookie records that it has been entered, as described in the cookie policy.
• Technical data: the host’s servers record technical information for each visit, such as the IP address, the browser used and the pages requested, for the operation and security of the site.

The site uses no audience measurement, no advertising and no social media plugins. It publishes no newsletter and accepts no comments.

Purposes and legal bases

• Answering your enquiry: your consent, given by ticking the box on the contact form (Article 6(1)(a) of the Regulation). You may withdraw it at any time by writing to contact@health-solutions.world.
• Carrying out an engagement, including access to a client workspace: the performance of a contract or of steps taken at your request before entering into one (Article 6(1)(b)).
• Operating and securing the site: the legitimate interest of Health Solutions in keeping its site available and secure (Article 6(1)(f)).
• Keeping accounting and tax records for engagements: compliance with a legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)).

Recipients

Your data is read only by Health Solutions. The site and its data are hosted by Infomaniak Network SA, which acts as a processor under Article 28 of the Regulation. Your data is not sold, rented or passed to third parties for marketing.

Where your data is stored

The site is hosted on Infomaniak’s servers in Switzerland. The European Commission has recognised that Switzerland ensures an adequate level of protection for personal data (Decision 2000/518/EC).

Retention

• Enquiries not followed by an engagement: three years from the last contact.
• Client data: for the duration of the engagement, then for the periods required by accounting and tax law and for the establishment or defence of legal claims.
• Technical data: for the period set by the host for the operation and security of its servers.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection. Access to its administration and to each client workspace is protected by password.

Your rights

You have the right of access to your data, and the rights to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, under Articles 15 to 21 of the Regulation. You may withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal. Under French law, you may also give instructions on the use of your data after your death.

To exercise these rights, write to contact@health-solutions.world. A reply will be given within one month of receipt.

Complaints

If you consider that your data is not being processed lawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés (CNIL), 3 Place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, France, www.cnil.fr.
